Giđđadálvi (Spring Winter in Sami)
February-March. The sun has returned, and it's the best time for winter activities. Late in the evening and at night, there are excellent opportunities to see the Northern Lights. This is also the best time for cod fishing in the Varangerfjord. Capelin migrate into the Varangerfjord, followed by the cod, which are plump and in prime condition.
